A few of you wanted to know what that bright yellow knit on my couch was. It's the Woodland Shawl started many many moons ago. The stunning yarn is Malabrigo Lace in Frank Ochre (swoon) gifted to me by wonderful Heather. I had seen this gorgeous version and wanted one exactly like it. I'm trying to finish it in time for a fabulous escape my husband and I will be taking this summer. I can't wait to tell you more....
Have a good week!

I love that yarn, I was so happy when the yarn store I work at from time to time started carrying that color!

Oh, your Woodland Shawl is so pretty! I knit a scarf version using brown cashmere, and I've never blocked it. Perhaps it's time to remedy it?
Looking forward to hearing about your summer adventure.

Beautiful shawl, I just love the pattern (I thought it might be by Alana Dakos to begin with) and the colour is gorgeous. Lovely with grey!!!!
Enjoy your trip planning, it sounds exciting.

Stunning :D I need to take a leaf from your book, if you'll pardon the pun ... I have been knitting with far too many neutrals lately.

Love the color. Started my own Woodland in Verde Adriana. But I really wanted Frank Orche, my LYS was out. Have been hunting that color for other projects. Did you double your version? I am terrible at extra math! I like your large version.
Beautiful. Thanks for the inspiration.
