It's an epic knitting project for sure, but oh so worth it!
you have magic hands friend ♥
ReplyDeleteHi there! I LOVE it!! How long did it take you to knit? I'd love to start but…..
ReplyDeleteSimply beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteA stunningly beautiful design, for sure, but I am in awe of your skill as a knitter, and not for the first time, mind you! I also admire the commitment needed to take on such a big project, all the while knowing that you will have to relinquish it when done!
ReplyDeleteWow - epic for sure! Beautiful knit :)
ReplyDeleteEpic seems like an appropriate word indeed!
ReplyDeleteNicole, il t'en faudrait un pour toi-même…
ReplyDeleteCrazy awesome! I could see myself in this.
ReplyDeleteyou are the most amazing knitter i know
ReplyDeleteI love cables! I would love to knit this cardigan, only I would make it longer for myself to wrap myself up in these gorgeous cables!
ReplyDeletei completely agree with margie, my goodness nicole. this is sooo gorgeous. well done my friend, bt is so fortunate to have you.
ReplyDeleteI fell in love with this cardigan after seeing it on the BT website and haven't been able to get it off my mind. The problem is that I've always shied away from big garments, preferring accessories, but a wonderful friend knowing how much I love the cardigan sent me enough BT (faded quilt colour way)to encourage me to take the plunge so I am planning to cast on at the weekend :) Your lovely blog post has made me want to knit it even more.
ReplyDeleteI, too, saw this on the BT website and marveled at the beauty of this sweater. You are truly a master knitter, Nicole.
ReplyDeleteClaire In Stitches, how great a friend you have to send you such a generous gift!

ReplyDeleteAmazing .......great post with some awesome picture!!!!!! I also love cables!!!! I would love to knit this cardigan........ I would make it longer for myself to wrap myself up in these gorgeous cables!
I am knitting this now and have questions. Do you know of anywhere I can find notes on making this? My back piece center is more than 11" wide and it looks like it should be 6.5" wide. I just want confirmation. Thx.
ReplyDeletei read a lot of stuff and i found that the way of writing to clarifying that exactly want to say was very good so i am impressed and i like to come again in future.
